Cancel online at any time, in two clicks. No phone call, no retention script, no form asking why. Your site keeps running to the end of the term you already paid for.

14-day money back on your first purchase

If your first term is not right, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No conditions and no argument.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer buying at a distance in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw. Because hosting starts immediately, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want it to start now and that you understand you lose the withdrawal right once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw partway through, we charge only for what you actually used, pro rata.

Longer terms, part way through

Outside the first 14 days, prepaid terms are not refundable as a matter of course. In practice, if we cannot deliver, if we terminate you without cause, or if you are leaving because of a fault of ours, we refund the unused part pro rata. Ask.

How refunds are paid

Back to the original payment method, and we issue a credit note so the VAT is corrected too. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 working days.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute automatically suspends the service, which is worse for you than a conversation.
