Support and contact
09:00 to 17:30 CET, Monday to Friday
Support is email only. There is no telephone number. Outside those hours nothing is monitored by a person and nothing is answered until the next working morning. Automated recovery runs overnight; people do not. We would rather tell you this than pretend otherwise.
A problem with your site
Email us with the domain and what you are seeing. If you are a customer, say so and we will find your account.
A question before you buy
Ask anything, including the awkward questions. We answer in plain language.
Report abuse or illegal content
If a site we host is doing something illegal or abusive, tell us. We read every report, we reply, and we tell the customer why we acted.
Data protection requests
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within one month, usually sooner.
Authorities and users, Digital Services Act
Our single electronic point of contact. Notices accepted in English and Maltese.
Security and vulnerability disclosure
Found a vulnerability? Tell us and we will work with you. We do not threaten researchers.
Complaints and out-of-court redress
Write to us first and we will try to settle it: acknowledged in 2 working days, answered in 10. If we cannot settle it, you can go to the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority, or to the Consumer Claims Tribunal. There is no EU ODR platform route: that platform closed on 20 July 2025. Full detail, including data protection complaints, is incomplaints and out-of-court redress.
Postal
Support is answered by email, not by post. If you need the registered postal address, the registered name or the VAT number, they are on our legal notice.
