What we do, and what we do not.
One plan, one price per website. The list below is the whole product. Anything not on it is not included, and we would rather be dull about that than surprise you later.
Included
- One WordPress site
- Daily off-site backups, kept 14 days
- WordPress core and plugin updates, applied and checked
- Uptime monitoring every minute from outside our network
- Free migration of one existing site, no setup fee
- Email support, answered inside the published window
Not included
- No phone support. Email only
- No uptime SLA, and no uptime percentage published
- No staging site
- No included hours of site work
- No domain registration, no DNS hosting, no email mailboxes
At EUR 6.00 a month, these are the honest limits.
Support, stated plainly
Support is email only, at support@borgohost.com, answered 09:00 to 17:30 CET, Monday to Friday. There is no telephone number. Outside the window nothing is answered by a person until the next working morning. Automated recovery runs overnight; people do not.
Backups, and why we say "kept 14 days"
Backups run daily and go off-site to a different provider, encrypted before they leave the machine. They are kept 14 days. A backup nobody has restored is a hypothesis, so we restore one into a scratch environment and query it rather than trusting that the file exists.
Updates
WordPress core and plugin updates go out on a weekly window with a check before and after. If an update breaks your layout we would rather find that than have your customers find it.
